Background
I am both an executive operator and a long-term boat owner.
For more than 20 years, I have led complex, capital-intensive initiatives in environments where governance, risk discipline, sales execution, and contract negotiation were non-negotiable. My work has required structured decision-making, multi-stakeholder alignment, and accountability at scale.
In parallel, I have spent over 15 years as an active boat owner. My ownership experience has progressed from smaller trailerable and performance platforms through mid-size cruisers to larger trawler-class yachts — each step introducing greater financial exposure, operational complexity, and maintenance responsibility.
Many of these decisions have been navigated within a shared ownership context, reinforcing firsthand how usability, comfort, operational rhythm, and long-term alignment influence satisfaction just as much as capital discipline.
I have navigated acquisition decisions, upgrade trade-offs, refit considerations, and exit timing firsthand.

Institutional discipline + lived ownership experience
The advisory work here is grounded in pattern recognition and structured capital thinking — not theory, not sales enthusiasm, and not dock talk.
